Account and access
For login trouble, a birth-date correction, or an account status question, email support@yapaa.co from the email on your account. Support will never ask for your OTP code.
Privacy and deletion
Delete individual answers or start account deletion under Profile → Account controls. For a rights request, contact privacy@yapaa.co.
Safety
Use in-app report and block controls for the fastest handling. If you cannot access the app, email safety@yapaa.co with only the details needed to locate the issue.
